The progression of when race registration goes live, to planning race details, and then seeing everything come together on race weekend is something hard to describe.

The months of work that lead up to that one special day of racing for a participant is why being in this industry is so special - I get to meet the participants who have signed up for a race, I get to see them at their highest + lowest, points, and most of all I get to see them make their race goals a reality as they cross the finish line.

One thing is for certain, you cannot teach this passion!
